I’ve lost my drive…
… to lose weight. I’m having digestive issues and it’s causing me to feel bloated and fat. I’ve gone 2 1/2 months eating to plan almost every single day and I’m now in this space where I just don’t care. Had potato chips last night. A lot of them. Ate well today, but am bloated again so I’ve decided to go get frozen yogurt.
