Operation “Get this body moving” starts today!!
I’ve been fortunate enough to lose 9 pounds so far without exercising. Yes, I said no exercise! While it’s been great to shed the pounds solely from carb counting and food combining, I’m feeling very soft and lazy. Not to mention the fact that my heart isn’t getting any healthier from my sedentary lifestyle and my LDL cholesterol is still high.
So, I begin tonight after work by going to the gym for a little cardio and strength training! Then gym tomorrow morning with the hubby and on Sunday a long walk with a friend along with a 30 min pilates routine I found on hulu.com.
Can’t wait to get this body moving!!
